For years, I have been struggling with pain in my legs and lower back. I never know what is going to trigger the pain, so it is very difficult to avoid an attack. Today, I felt my legs cramp up after walking the dog. Instead of taking pills, I decided to look online for an alternative solution. I came across a site that listed several sciatic nerve stretches. After completing them, I was feeling more relaxed and had less pain.
