Resumption of military actions between Armenia and Azerbaijan is within interests of Moscow. Such development of events will destabilize the situation in the region and will influence the economic interests of the West in South Caucasus. This on its turn will have negative impact not only on the direct participants of the conflict but also on Georgia and Countries of Central Asia,? the former advisor to Azerbaijani President, political scientist Vafa Guluzade told Vesti.az news agency.
Touching upon the plans of reinforcing the Caspian fleet with 5 new ships the political scientist noticed that the main goal of reinforcement is the inhibition of advancement of interests of the West in the region. According to Guluzade it threatens the security of Azerbaijan.
