quit claim deed? - Legal Help

greetings.

in june of 2010 i was going through a several period of depression and was seriously considering sucide.

i went as far as to leave a list for my son with all bill accounts password and signed a quit claim deed to my son.

i started feeling better and never filed the quit claim deed.

in march of 2011 i was detained in the county jail and my son entered my home and went through my file folder and found the quit claim deed and put the house in his name and will not transfer the house back to me.

i'm in oklahoma and need advice as how i can reclaim the house i paid for.

and advice concerning this situation i would be most grateful.
